Most Searched For Rhymes

I’ve decide to research what some of the most searched for rhymes are on Poem of Quotes. The results are…interesting, to say the least.

Here is the first set I of rhymes I looked at. This set of data is from August, 2011:

gone
love
up
me
you
pavement
orange
life
time
friendship

Hmm… The first few are understandable. But “pavement”? What the hell? Why? “up” and “me” are also interesting, since there are many common words which rhyme with them. “orange”, yeah… I know that is just people wanting to be dicks and see if they can break the rhyme generator or see if the “nothing rhymes with ‘orange’” is true (it depends on the type of rhyme you are talking about).

Here is the data for the entire 2011, leading up to September 5.

Hmm… “pavement” again. Why? Hmmm… “machine” and “world” also make an entrance.

Interesting results, anyhow. Or at least, I think so.
