Rate of Poetry Written
Poetry seems to have an everlasting presence in teenage America. Maybe it is something in the water or a genetic mutation that took place decades ago. But one thing is for sure, once someone turns thirteen they are obligated to write poetry. And as we know, teens are unhappy. Why are they unhappy? Because their hormones are going crazy. When they aren’t horny they are crying and the ones that aren’t crying are cutting.

Hmmm. I remember being miserable as a teen. I also remember not writing a lick of poetry. If I had, I might be a bit better at it now.
